Ordering & Compatibility
Do your cases fit all iPhone models? We offer cases for a wide range of iPhone models. Each case is precision-engineered for a specific model to ensure a perfect fit for buttons, speakers, and cameras. Please double-check your model (Settings > General > About) before placing your order!
Will the case look exactly like the photo? We aim for 100% accuracy! However, because every phone screen and monitor displays colors differently (and due to professional studio lighting), there might be a very slight variation in the actual hue or finish.
Can I change my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP! If you need to change your shipping address or phone model, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Payments
How long until my KoKoCase arrives? Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as it ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! COD is available for most pin codes across India for orders up to a certain value. If COD isn't available for your specific location, it will be mentioned at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and Net Banking through our secure payment partners.
Protection & Durability
Are KoKoCase covers shockproof? Absolutely. Our cases are designed with raised edges and impact-resistant materials to protect your screen and camera from everyday drops, bumps, and "oops" moments.
Will the print fade over time? We use high-definition, scratch-resistant printing technology. Our designs are built to stay vibrant even with daily use.
